Andre Birleanu is making no friends on this season of America’s Most Smartest Model on VH-1. The explosive Russian has a temper and a bit of chip on his shoulder. Apparently, some of that carries over into real life. He was arrested last week on charges of sexual assault and aggravated misconduct, according to The Post.

His 19 year old accuser said of Andre, “He’s just a very, very scary, intimidating person. He has this insane thing inside of him.” The girl, an actress, is an acquaintance of Andre’s. She says that he grabbed her genitalia at a party at Cipriani Downtown on Oct. 10.

This isn’t Birleanu’s first brush with the law, however. Since 2000, he’s done half a dozen prison stints for assault, harassment, criminal contempt, criminal mischief and trespassing, according to law enforcement officials.

Birleanu defended himself by saying “I didn’t molest anyone. I already slept with that girl so it’s strange that she would say I touched her inappropriately.”
