South Florida chef, Norm Van Aken dished the details with the Miami Herald back in October. He mentioned that Tre was there, but Hung was not. The prize was $20,000 and probably went to charity.

As for the set decorations, there was “as much of a December feel as possible”. Van Aken quipped, “It was kind of like shooting ‘It’s a Wonderful Life.’”
