It’s not easy Being Bobby Brown. The former New Edition singer, who had a fairly successful solo career back in the 80s, is looking to strike reality TV gold a second time around. He and Whitney Houston had a smash with a behind-the-scenes look at their wild and crazy life in Being Bobby Brown on Bravo TV.

However, since then Bobby’s made headlines for his high-profile divorce from Whitney and for failing to pay child support for children he had with a former galpal. Luckily for us - yes, I'm being sarcastic - Brown is not the type of dude to sit at home and wallow in his troubles. Oh no! He’s out and about and pitching a new reality TV series to networks.

Apparently, Brown is looking to spend some time with a special lady – either that or he would like to mimic the success that Flavor Flav found on Vh-1 with Flavor of Love. On Brown’s new series, which he wants to call Dating Bobby Brown, he’ll get to pick his new love from a bevy of beauties who “cook for him while they parade around in thong bikinis.” (Why oh why did Whitney ever toss this catch back in the ocean, right?)

According to the Boston Herald, Brown is also contemplating having the contestants “line up and see who can do the best impersonation of Whitney while wearing one of her wigs.”

If the show ever sees light of day, we’re betting that Vh-1, the purveyors of 'classy entertainment' will be the ones to air it.
