La Toya Jackson, who is currently starring on CBS’ reality series, Armed & Famous with Erik Estrada, WWE wrestler Trish Stratus, Jack Osbourne and Jason “Wee-Man” Acuña, became really passionate about law enforcement during her time with the Muncie police force. It seems that Michael and Janet’s sis wants to continue her work with the police department as soon as the show finishes airing.
Ms. Jackson, who was born in Indiana, plans to return to the Midwestern city so she can “periodically ride with the police.”
Actually, in the episodes that have aired thus far, La Toya has shown quite a penchant for police work. She’s counseled a victim of domestic violence – something she knows about first-hand due to her abusive marriage to her former manager. She’s tried to overcome her fear of cats with the help of a cat therapist. La Toya even went so far as to help deliver a baby!
La Toya really enjoys taking down the bad guys. On this week’s episode, she went undercover as a battered hooker and brought down a perp for pleasuring himself as he drove on by her.
The man, who’s named Thomas J. Antrim, was arrested on Dec. 20 for indecent exposure. However, this is not Antrim’s first brush with the law. In 1991, he was convicted of voluntary manslaughter and sentenced to 20 years in prison. Authorities say he killed another man outside a convenience store by kicking him in the face with a steel-toe boot.
Antrim was released from prison in 2001.
