George Foreman was once the heavyweight champion of the world. These days he’s better known as a grilling man. Foreman has his own lines of grills, called appropriately enough The George Foreman Grill. The item features a clamshell design and has top and bottom Teflon-coated heating surfaces. It takes the fat out of grilled meats and cheeses. It’s been a big money-maker for the ordained minister and father of ten children. (I just love mine!)
When the Simon Cowell-produced American Inventor returns to the air on June 6th, Foreman will be there. He is one of four judges on the series. Joining him on the panel are former NBA exec Pat Croce, British businessman Peter Jones and undergarment entrepreneur Sara Blakely. Nick Smith will host the show.
American Inventor features folks from around the country. They compete for a chance to mass-produce their product as well as a $1 million prize.
