Heather Mills is currently in the midst of a nasty divorce from ex-Beatle Paul McCartney. The couple has a daughter Beatrice, aged 3. Paul and Heather announced their separation back in May 2006, less than four years after they got hitched.

Recently Ms. Mills has been making headlines for her rumored involvement with reality TV sensation, Dancing with the Stars. Ironically enough, the former model turned activist has a prosthetic leg. She was struck by a motorcycle back in 1993 while crossing a street in London.

Neither Mills nor ABC has any comment about her appearance on the fourth installment of the series, which is slated to begin airing in March. However, Access Hollywood reports that she’s set to don her dancing shoes and will “donate her earnings from the show to an animal welfare charity.”

On February 21, 2007 Jerry Springer, former mayor of Cincinnati and talk show host who made quite a splash on the third season of DWTS, will announce the cast for the fourth season. He’ll do so on Good Morning America.

The new season of Dancing with the Stars premieres on March 19th at 8pm ET. Other stars rumored to be appearing on the series include Danica McKellar (The Wonder Years), Billy Ray Cyrus, Joey Fatone and Ian Ziering (Beverly Hills 90210).
