We admit it. We loved Trading Spaces back in the day. One of the major reasons for the TS love was hostess Paige Davis. The perky and petite beauty brought sunshine to the often-dismal designs. Well, TLC has decided to bring her back along with a new production company. A. Smith & Co., the peeps behind “Hell’s Kitchen”, will be re-tooling the series.

Also returning are designers Doug Wilson, Hildi Santo-Thomas, Laurie Hickson-Smith and Frank Bielec. It’s going to be like one, big family reunion.

This Trading Spaces will feature more conflict, hopefully coming from some very interesting homeowners. Over the summer, the network put out a casting call for ‘dominatrices, virgins, CEOs, cheerleaders, organ donors and more.’

The network promises to keep the series “heartwarming.”

Sounds like a tall order, but we can’t wait!
