This weekend, American Idol Season Two winner, Clay Aiken, learned that the skies might not be quite so friendly after all. On Saturday morning while flying to Tulsa International Airport on Continental, the tired songbird rested his weary tootsies on another passenger’s armrest while catching a few ZZZs.

As Aiken told ET, “While sleeping on a plane over the weekend, my foot evidently found a home on the arm rest of the passenger seated directly in front of me”

Apparently, the unnamed female passenger is not a Claymate because she became incensed. The FBI was called in to investigate what turned out to be a very “minor incident”. The woman allegedly shoved Aiken. However, Special Agent Gary Johnson, who was assigned to the case since it took place on an aircraft, said that “no one was charged or taken into custody nor is that anticipated.”

Aiken was still available to perform at the Brady Theater in Tulsa on Saturday. We’re pretty sure that the ‘unnamed female passenger’ was not in the audience.
