Criss Angel’s soon-to-be-ex-wife, Joanne, has charged the Mindfreak star with two-timing her with none other than Cameron Diaz. In papers filed in Nassau County, New York, Joanne and her attorneys allege that she “was still with her husband, trying to save her marriage, at the same time Cameron Diaz was dating Criss Angel.”

Joanne Sarantakos, 37, also accuses Angel, to whom she was married for five years, of “mental cruelty and abandonment.”

Angel, the master illusionist whose reality series is currently in its third season on A&E, has trounced his wife’s charges. He admits that he and Diaz had a brief relationship, beginning after the VH-1 Rock Honors in May of 2007. He and his wife had split up over a year prior to that. Angel goes on to say, referring to Diaz, that “there is no current relationship between us.”  He calls Joanne’s claims “factually inaccurate, ridiculous and just plain wrong.”
