Mario Lopez, the runner-up of Dancing with the Stars 3, and his partner, Karina Smirnoff have taken a big step in their relationship. Apparently the duo, who first denied they were dating, has moved in together.

They first made headlines with their relationship last November when People magazine reported that the couple took a “Mexico vacation together after celebrating Thanksgiving with Lopez's sister in Houston.”

Lopez, who will be hosting the Miss Universe pageant live from Mexico City on May 28, admits that he and the Ukrainian-born dancer, who was just ousted from DWTS 4 with Billy Ray Cyrus, have a “very special relationship.” An anonymous source says that “things are going really well right now and they're loving being together all the time."

Just watched the Alma Awards, I was so glad to see Mario & Karina on the show. They might not of won that silly looking trophy, but they won the hearts of Millions. Thank you Karina for helping Billy Ray stay on the Dwts for 8 weeks. I loved watching both of you. I still have the tapes of you and Mario to watch when I want to see the real winners of season 3.
