Queer Eye kicked off their final season on Tuesday with the Queer Eye Straight Guy Pageant. 10 former fashion-challenged men made the semifinals including “Mountain Man” Jeff Toale, “Still Sexy over 60” John Kilcooley, and the fabulous George K. George was the hands-down winner after a grueling yet tongue-in-cheek competition hosted by Soap Opera diva Susan Lucci and with some supporting help from the 2005 Miss Universe, Natalie Glebova.
The guys competed in a swimsuit competition, grooming exercise, interior design challenge as well as a cake-decorating fiasco (well, it was for some.) Each gent chose his clothing special for the event and the semifinalists were decided based on that.
The Fab Five not only facilitated each challenge but also presided over the pageant. Jai Rodriguez, who has an album coming out soon, crooned for the crowd.
George, who once took a bullet for his mama, has recently opened up a gym. He credits the Fab Five with giving him back his belief in himself and helping him to achieve his dreams. George received a bunch of sweet swag and a crown for his efforts.
