Bye Bye Ambreal (Credit: CW TV)
Heather had her meltdown this week. The lovely lady with Asperger’s Syndrome who takes stunning photos and is socially shy and awkward almost fell apart before our eyes. We love Heather and think she’s got what it takes to be a great model. We just don’t see her as a spokesmodel … yet. She had trouble in the “Muse Challenge”. First, she had difficulty conveying her feelings to her student designer. Then, she couldn’t articulate how the dress was like her in the runway show. It was painful to watch.
Heather knew she messed up and was very upset at herself. She feels like she’s losing ground in the competition, and she is. Saleisha won the challenge, taking Bianca and Lisa along with her to the Seventeen magazine holiday jewelry shoot. Later on, she got into a tussle with Saleisha and another girl when they jumped in the shower after she ‘called it.’
Meow – now that was a catfight!
Anyway, this week’s photo shoot took place in the desert. The ladies had to sell a dress in scorching heat while standing next to a car on fire. Jay complained that Heather looked ‘lost’. Bianca gave some fierce poses. Saleisha was forgettable but cute. Chantal wasn’t ‘sweet.’ However, she didn’t do well. We think she’s heading out the door soon.
At judging panel, Tyra told the girls that six of them were heading to China. One would just get the carrot dangled in front of her lovely nose. Sweet, huh? Jenah was lauded for her beauty, grace, style and fantastic body positioning. Although we’re not as hot on Jenah as the panel is, we admit that perhaps she might be the frontrunner right now. Lisa, who was at the top of the heap last week, landed herself in the bottom two, along with Ambreal.
The panel clipped Ambreal which was no big shock. Remember – they wanted to send her packing a few weeks back but Ebony quit. Ambreal told the camera whilst packing that she doesn’t really want to be a model after all.
The musical theater major just might have a career elsewhere in the industry – perhaps in musical theater?
