Bye Bye Mr. Wise (Credit: Vh1 Blog)
New York is still reeling from the drama of last week. She wants her men to know that she cares so she treats them to a special breakfast. Afterwards, she takes them out for psychological testing.
She and the five remaining fellas take three rounds of psychological tests including checking out the Rorschach ink blots, making items out of shapes and … handwriting analysis. The dude that’s most like New York – not necessarily the most compatible – is The Entertainer. He and she share a love of self. They’re both narcissistic. This earns The Entertainer his first solo date with the diva.
The duo has a good time until New York tries to get The Entertainer to hoof it up with the sexy bellydancer. He doesn’t want to, but eventually caves in. Back at the house, Tailor Made has a convo with his soon to be ex-wife, Nancy. She tells him that she was watching Hell Date on BET and guess who was on there – Buddha! Buddha’s already told everyone that he’s an actor and listed his resume. New York, probably because she was jealous that he had more clips than she did, got angry and confronted him. She wanted to know if he was there for her or TV. Buddha, of course, said her.
We love us some Buddha, but we think they’re all there for TV except maybe Punk who didn’t get the memo that this isn’t really a search for true love.
Poor Punk. He thinks he’s in love with New York. During the couple’s counseling sessions, he takes the time to tell NY about Buddha’s past television dating experience. New York discovers that her mind hates Buddha but her body loves him. She can’t figure out why…which cracks us up. Take a look at the man and tell us why. C’mon now. He’s fine!
New York also learns that Mr. Wise is very emotional but guarded. She asks him to give up his ex-girlfriend. He can’t because they’re friends and he doesn’t have a lot of family. This upsets New York greatly and leads to Mr. Wise’s dismissal.
Next week, the parents come a-visiting. That should be fun!
