New York apologizes
New York is a real drama queen. This week she brought in Real and Chance, two claimants for her hand in the first season of I Love New York. The dudes were there to help her figure out who was really there for her. However, New York got sidetracked by Chance’s return. Remember – he was the one she almost chose. The two had a lot of chemistry to be sure. At one point, Real asked New York to give his bro – another ‘chance’ in the competition. She considered it too.
She also interviewed ex galpals, two siblings and one soon-to-be ex-wife of her current suitors. She and her mama asked some very personal questions. During the interrogation process, New York learned that Mr. Wise and his ex see things differently. She thinks it means that Mr. Wise really loves that girl. However, it’s the ex who is still in love with him. He’s there for New York. Maybe she’ll eventually see it.
The Entertainer still lives at home with his parents and works at UPS. Buddha’s sis mentioned that her brother has a ‘temper’ and says his ex couldn’t be there because he had to get a restraining order against her. Talk about drama. Punk’s ex was barely an ex. They only dated for like four months and it wasn’t serious. However, it was determined that he’s genuinely there for New York. Why, we don’t know … but he is.
Finally, Pretty and his sister didn’t give similar answers at all. This put New York on guard. She’s convinced he has something to hide and still believes he’s gay. Pretty’s sister tells him that New York’s interrogation tactics were inappropriate. (We’re shocked!) This upsets him greatly. He and New York have a spat and he walks out, saying he’s through with her and the competition.
Buddha almost quits too. He’s cheesed off by the attention New York was giving Chance. He and Punk confronted him and told him to keep his hands off their lady. In a rare moment of lucidity, New York tells the camera that she realizes Chance is too violent.
Buddha said that he doesn’t want her to go backwards in life, and if she wants Chance, he’s outta there. Neither does Sister Patterson. New York cried and told the guys that she doesn’t want Chance. She has a special place in her heart for him, but she wants the men she is with now. She realizes the worth in the remaining guys and apologizes to them for making them feel un-wanted.
Wow!
