Truth be told we missed half of Survivor last night. We just hate it when real life gets in the way of our reality TV watching. We did see Eric win immunity and learned that Amanda wanted to blindside James. James is abrasive and cocky. Apparently, that grated on the nerves of his alliance-mates. Also, he had possession of the immunity idols and Amanda and Courtney figured that would give him an advantage once they got to the top four.

The strangest thing about the plot is that James never saw it coming. He didn’t play his immunity idol. He had no clue that this is what they were going to do. As much as we like James’ work ethic and think he’s a stand-up guy despite his big mouth, we feel he deserved his fate in the game. He was pretty dumb to act so cocky and call Peih-Gee and the old Zhan Hu losers during Tribal Council. He didn’t do as well in the social game and should’ve realized that no one but the individual wearing the immunity necklace is immune to elimination.

We hated the fact that the jury and the remaining Survivors in the game couldn’t stop smiling as he walked away. They were pretty pleased with the outcome. We think it’s dastardly and devious…but admit that, in a strange way, it was a beautiful strategic maneuver.

However, is there one Survivor you really think deserves to win this season? We really don’t like any of ‘em.
