I’m kinda stunned. I mean Tabatha and Tyson won the short cut challenge. In the elimination challenge, Ben and Dr. Boogie made a bigger mess out of their bridal party’s hair by far. So, what went wrong?

According to Sally Hershberger’s blog, “You should NEVER let a client think you are unhappy with your staff, especially on their wedding day. I can’t believe they [Tyson & Tabatha] fought in front of the bride and her family. Unacceptable! They would be fired from my salon and they were.”

However, Michael Carl explains that even the judges have a difference of opinion on this one. He felt that Boogie was on some sort of ‘ego trip’ and should’ve listened to the bride. He called their hairstyles “tragic.” He explains that he’s upset that Tabatha and Tyson are gone.

Jaclyn says that Boogie and Ben’s biggest mistake is that “they should have listened to the bride -- she wanted to wear her hair down and this is her day. They made the mistake of making the bridesmaid look better than the bride. That should never happen.”

Rene Fris sees it like this, “The truth is, Tyson tried to be a team player and Tabatha didn't. They let the clients see how they felt about each other. It's the bride's day, she and her bridal party need to be comfortable.” He feels that Tyson and Tabatha’s elimination is a “damn shame.”

Now, I’m wondering…if this is how the judges feel, why did Tabatha and Tyson go home? Does Sally Hershberger get final say? She seems to be the only one who’s certain that T&T should’ve been cut for their behavior. Honestly, I’m more bewildered now than I was before. I admit that Tabatha & Tyson were unprofessional in arguing in front of their client, but…Boogie and Ben’s hair sucked. That should be the bottom line. I’d prefer to get my hair done by either Tabatha or Tyson over Ben or Dr. Boogie any day. Wouldn’t you?
