Chris Knight and Adrianne Curry met and fell in love on “The Surreal Life”. The former Brady boy and America’s first “Top Model” had more than two decades between them. Adrianne was taller and enjoyed taking off her clothes. Chris was shorter and much more reserved. No one really figured them to fall in love.

We certainly didn’t expect the romance to last….but last it has. On the first season of “My Fair Brady”, the couple struggled. Adrianne wanted a commitment while Chris remained unsure as to where the relationship was headed. He even asked his former TV mom, Florence Henderson, for help. (She didn’t like Adrianne that much, by the way.)

Regardless, the couple got engaged and got hitched.

Now, they’re trying to figure out of they should add a baby to the dysfunctional mix. Chris wants to be a dad, well, sort of. He’s heading out of his 40s and thinks it may be time. However, he’s not sure that Adrianne is ready. Adrianne, for her part, wavers. At times, it seems as though she’d rather get a boob job than get preggers. At others, it seems as though she’s ready to nest.

Then, there’s Chris’ concern that Adrianne may or may not be heterosexual. Adrianne loves women and makes no secret about it. She even gave Chris a sexy, nude photo album for his birthday. In the pictures, Adrianne and a pal of hers kiss and snuggle. For some reason Chris is not thrilled with the present. The two argue and he threatens a separation before walking out.

Ouch!

Adrianne is left in tears and we are left wondering … why are we watching this? Better yet – why did Chris and Adrianne agree to air this kind of stuff in front of TV cameras?

We’re not saying that we don’t like the couple. They are quite endearing. However, maybe this kind of stuff shouldn’t be on the tube. This show makes us wonder if reality TV has gone too far.
