Jeff Probst hosts this wildly successful reality TV series. Survivor takes a group of strangers, breaks them up into several tribes and tosses them into a remote - and usually - exotic location.
The contestants form into tribes who have to build shelter, chop wood, get water, make fire and forage for food. In between all of this, the contestants try to forge bonds to help them succeed in the weekly challenges and keep from getting eliminated at Tribal Council.
